The AI-powered system implemented for GS Cash Advance automates debit order reconciliation by matching bank statements with authorization files, identifying successful and failed transactions. The AI is trained to handle the unique formats and processes of each of the nine banks, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. This automation eliminates the manual, time-consuming reconciliation process.
For payroll, the platform automates the creation and management of PMEC (Payroll Monthly Electronic Credit) files, including tasks like data formatting, interest calculations, payment period determination, affordability checks, optimized deduction calculations, and merging branch files. This greatly reduces the effort needed for payroll processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The system, powered by AI and machine learning, adapts to the nuances of each bank’s system and continuously improves accuracy. It is designed for scalability, allowing GS Cash Advance to add or update bank integrations as needed. The platform was implemented on Microsoft Azure, leveraging the company’s existing infrastructure for optimal performance.
